This includes situations where:
• The client changes their mind.
• The client decides not to continue the project.
• Expected business results were not achieved, since marketing outcomes can vary based on multiple external factors beyond our control.
4. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice to info@mkb-marketing.com
If a project is canceled:
• Any completed work, delivered assets, or hours already spent will remain billable.
• Partial refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely at the company’s discretion based on the amount of work completed.
5. Subscription or Retainer Services
For recurring monthly services or retainers:
• Clients must submit cancellation requests before the next billing cycle.
• Payments already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact MKB MARKETING first to resolve any payment concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with their bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Delivery of Digital Services
Once digital files, marketing materials, strategies, reports, or other deliverables have been sent or shared with the client, they are considered delivered and non-refundable.
8. Exceptions
MKB MARKETING reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
